Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Reuze It purchase.


Faulty Products
You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit if the products you've purchased from reuzeit.com.au are faulty. Where a problem with a product is not a major fault, Reuze It can choose whether to repair or replace the item or provide a refund. Please email info@reuzeit.com.au and state the fault, product description, include image and invoice number in the email. In the event that a product does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method. There is no refund or exchange on sale items.


Wrongly Delivered
You are entitled to an exchange if we unfortunately deliver a product that is not the same as the item depicted on reuzeit.com.au Please email info@reuzeit.com.au and state the product description, include image and invoice number in the email.


Other
Please note, if you wish to receive a refund for items purchased online we do not cover the cost to return these items to us.
