Reuze It was founded by Leana & Cam in 2019 with a mission for Australian families to be able to reduce the amount of single use plastic with quality, long-lasting easy eco-friendly and reusable products. Our products are sold online (on this very website) and across Australia in local stores.
Reuze It is proudly Australian owned and is based on the sunny Gold Coast, QLD.
As people with busy lives and a busy, active family Cam and Leana know how difficult it is to find extra time to commit to difficult or time-consuming sustainability habits. Which is why all Reuze It products are easy to fit into your everyday routine, they’re simple swaps for products you already use and don’t require a lot of time from you.

Our Zero Waste Journey
Back in June 2017 we were looking for a new challenge. We happened to stumble across PLASTIC FREE JULY. We looked up the website and decided to give it a go.
Saturday 1st July 2017 is clearly etched in our memory. The day started by collecting our newspaper off the front lawn, delivered in plastic wrap. The afternoon was spent in the kitchen cooking and it was like we were seeing our pantry through new eyes! We couldn't believe the amount of packaging we had collected. This spurred us on to make a number of small changes to the way we shopped over the coming weeks and months.
Over the last few years we have had many discussions with friends, family and people in our community on how we have changed our habits, moving away from single use plastics and dramatically reducing our waste. We have gone from putting out our landfill bin weekly to now only filling it up a couple of times a year!
We love how far our family has come and are continually looking at ways to improve. We love that our boys, Henry 11 and Oscar 9, think it’s normal to use a bread bag at the bakery and take containers to the butcher.
Reuze It was born so we can share some of our strategies with you. All the products we use in our everyday lives to reduce waste and eliminate single use plastics. We love them and hope you will too!
